In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary policies, promotional terms, or game-specific rules published by bk222ul.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your bk222ul Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. bk222ul will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

You agree to notify bk222ul immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or detect any unauthorised access to your Account, any loss or theft of your credentials, or any other breach of your Account security. bk222ul will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

All activity carried out under your bk222ul Account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is deemed to have been carried out by you personally, unless you have reported a security breach in writing prior to the relevant activity occurring. This includes activity on mobile devices and shared computers.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your Account (including your contact details, payment method details, and identity documents submitted for KYC) is kept accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension until the discrepancy is resolved.

bk222ul reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — not only at withdrawal. If a player fails to provide requested KYC documentation within 30 days of the request, bk222ul may suspend the Account and withhold any pending transactions until verification is complete.

Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be declined. If bk222ul determines that a withdrawal is being requested to a third-party account, the transaction will be cancelled and the funds returned to your bk222ul Wallet pending clarification.

bk222ul reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including proof of the payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash account showing your registered number and name) — before processing any withdrawal. This requirement is in place to protect players against fraud and to comply with responsible financial practices.

bk222ul does not accept deposits from unverified third-party sources. Any deposit that cannot be attributed to a registered payment method associated with your verified identity may be reversed without prior notice. If a reversal occurs, bk222ul will contact you at your registered email address with an explanation and instructions for re-submitting the deposit correctly.

From time to time, bk222ul offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All such promotions are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail only with respect to that specific promotion.

Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses issued by bk222ul carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering progress is tracked automatically in your Account dashboard and is updated in real time following each qualifying bet settlement.

Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. As a general rule, sports bets and live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Teen Patti) contribute 100% of each staked amount toward the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% unless specified otherwise. Crash games such as Aviator may have a reduced contribution rate stated in the individual promotion terms. Games with a theoretical house edge below 0.5% may contribute 0% and are excluded from wagering calculations.

Bonus expiry: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining in your Account after this period will be forfeited automatically.

Maximum bet with bonus funds: While bonus funds are active in your Wallet, the maximum single bet or spin value is ৳500 per round for BDT accounts or ₹1,000 per round for INR accounts, unless the specific promotion states a higher limit. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Abuse and misuse: bk222ul takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, without limitation: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms; and placing offsetting or arbitrage bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.

All bets and wagers placed on bk222ul are final once confirmed. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of their bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming any wager. bk222ul will not refund or cancel confirmed bets on the grounds of a player's change of mind, misunderstanding of bet type, or unfamiliarity with game rules.

Sports betting: bk222ul offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets across cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey. All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager — subsequent changes do not affect confirmed bets.

In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bk222ul will apply the following default rules: (a) if an event is postponed and resumes within 48 hours of the original start time, all bets stand; (b) if the event does not resume within 48 hours, all pre-match bets on that event are voided and the staked amount is returned to the player's Wallet; (c) in-play bets already settled at the point of abandonment remain settled and are not reversed.

Casino and live dealer games: All casino games on bk222ul use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by independent live dealer studios (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi). Game outcomes are not influenced by bk222ul. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are available in the individual game information screen within the lobby.

Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — bk222ul reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds that were in progress at the time of the malfunction and to return the staked amounts to the affected players. bk222ul will not be liable for losses caused by technical malfunctions beyond the return of the relevant stakes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk222ul platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (both real-money and bonus), and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating or accessing multiple bk222ul Accounts, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — including exploiting advantageous odds resulting from display or data errors. Players who discover such errors are required to report them to [email protected] immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds obtained through illegal activity and subsequently withdrawing them as gaming winnings.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino, or any other game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using insider information in relation to sporting events, including but not limited to BPL cricket fixtures, IPL matches, or international Bangladesh Tigers games.
• Placing offsetting bets (either on bk222ul alone or in combination with other platforms) for the purpose of arbitrage or to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome while bonus funds are active.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after a bet has been placed and settled.
• Threatening, harassing, abusing, or making discriminatory statements toward bk222ul staff or other players through any communication channel.

bk222ul reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 07.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to restrict access to the Platform in a particular jurisdiction.
• Inactivity — an Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 (or equivalent in INR) deducted from any remaining Wallet balance, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the Account by logging in.

Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your bk222ul Account at any time by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Upon receipt of your request, bk222ul will process the closure within 2 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed. Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Closure for breach: Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bk222ul reserves the right to withhold the entire Wallet balance (real-money and bonus) pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. If no breach is confirmed, any verified real-money funds will be returned to the player within 10 business days.

Right of appeal: If you believe your Account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notification of the suspension or closure. bk222ul will review your appeal and respond within 10 business days. The decision following the appeal process is final.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk222ul, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or internet connectivity failure on the part of the player or their service provider.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Visa/Mastercard networks.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that contain typographical or data errors.
• Interruption to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond bk222ul's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.

In all cases where bk222ul is found to be liable, bk222ul's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your bk222ul Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bk222ul's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms serving the South Asian market.

Dispute resolution process: In the event of a dispute, bk222ul encourages players to first attempt informal resolution by contacting the support team at [email protected]. bk222ul aims to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. Please include your Account username, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence (such as transaction screenshots) in your communication.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute will be escalated to bk222ul's internal Disputes Committee, which will review all available evidence and issue a written decision within 15 business days. The Disputes Committee decision is binding on bk222ul and represents the final internal resolution mechanism.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and bk222ul with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

Amendments: bk222ul reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email at least 14 days before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
